My policy at present is to refrain from placing an "a href", html speak for clickable offsite link, because I am trying to minimize tracking down dead links, I may revise this thinking after I write a perl script to automatically perform a dead link check, but for now you'll have to scoop whatever URL up with your mouse, then click on the go window, and then press the other mouse button, to dump the URL you just scooped up, into the Go window, then press the enter key.

     | place mouse pointer here
     | hold down the left mouse

A buffer in your computer now holds
the URL, the netspeak term to
describe this state of affairs is
"scooping up text with the mouse"
now all you need do, is highlight the
Go data entry box, and right click
the mouse to drop the mouse "scoopings"
